Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Denair Farm & Family Festival. We average about 5000-6000 visitors to our festival each year. They come hungry, ready to shop, and learn about your business.

Please complete the application below and pay for your booth. Or you can download the paper application at the bottom of the page and mail it in along with your payment (check/cashiers check/money order or credit card info).
If you are a food vendor please also download the Food Permit Application & Packet at the bottom as well.

**Attention: If you are wanting a booth for a direct selling company (ie. Scentsy, Tupperware, LipSense, Paparazzi, ect.) please contact Jodie first to make sure we do not currently have another vendor selling the same thing.

We have very limited space for food truck vendors. Please contact us early to get in. 

Please Note: We are no longer providing Ice for Vendors. Ice may be purchased at local stores the day of the festival. Please plan accordingly. Thank you!

  • I have read the Denair Farm & Family Association Vendor Booth Application/Contract and Rules/Regulations to participate in the Denair Farm & Family Festival. I fully agree with and understand the Vendor Application/Contract and Rules/Regulations of which I have received a copy, and will comply with them. If I am a food vendor I have also received, and read the Stanislaus County Department of Environmental Resources “Requirements for Temporary Food Facilities” and agree to comply with all the requirements.
