Please complete the application below and pay for your booth. Or you can download the paper application at the bottom of the page and mail it in along with your payment (check/cashiers check/money order or credit card info).
If you are a food vendor please also download the Food Permit Application & Packet at the bottom as well.

Please note: If you have any problems with the form below please download the forms at the bottom of the page and mail them to us or drop off at Grandma’s Treasures 4616 Main St, Denair, CA

**Attention: If you are wanting a booth for a direct selling company (ie. Scentsy, Tupperware, LipSense, Paparazzi, ect.) please contact Jodie first to make sure we do not currently have another vendor selling the same thing.

Also, we no longer need any additional mexican food or taco trucks. Thanks

  • I have read the Denair Civic Association Vendor Booth Application/Contract and Rules/Regulations to participate in the Denair Farm & Family Festival. I fully agree with and understand the Vendor Application/Contract and Rules/Regulations of which I have received a copy, and will comply with them. If I am a food vendor I have also received, and read the Stanislaus County Department of Environmental Resources “Requirements for Temporary Food Facilities” and agree to comply with all the requirements.
